It prepares women garment workers for a future shaped by automation and digitalization while supporting the industry's transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient, and competitive future. By investing in women's skills, agency, and well-being alongside decarbonization, innovation, and competitiveness, Oporajita recognises that an inclusive workforce and a sustainable industry are mutually reinforcing.
